The Cecil Sharp House Community Choir
(Directed  by Sally Davies)

Jan North and Frances Lee of Sounds Like are also members of this lively and imaginative choir run by Cecil Sharp House, the Headquarters of the English Folk Dance and Song Society, in North London.

These recordings are of the choir’s contribution to a concert given at Cecil Sharp House on 24 June 2010  to celebrate the work of Cecil Sharp in creating a collection of English folksong survivals in the Appalachian Mountains in the Eastern USA.
